Classic early 1950s Austrian bottle opener, attributed to be designed by Ludwig Bemelmans showing "Noodle" the Dachshund dog. Nice addition to your room or just for your collection of Austrian midcentury items sourced in Paris. Attributed to Walter Bosse an artistic rendition of Ludwig Bemelmans (Artist) the author of “Madeline” *Lump (1956 – 29 March 1973), was a Dachshund owned by David Douglas Duncan who lived with artist Pablo Picasso for six years, and featured in several of his works.
